Flexible Consumption
LifeSize Connections vouchers can be consumed variably from 80% to 1200% of their denominated face value (seats). For instance, with a 10-seat annual voucher, usage can be consumed from 8 seats for 15 months up to 120 seats for 1 month. The consumption rate can be changed as needed.

LifeSize Connections was built with a variable consumption functionality that enables you to increase or decrease your available seats without having to issue additional purchase orders. Here are some examples.
Example A: Burst Usage Capability
If you normally have 10 users at any given time, yet you have a temporary need for additional seats for a limited time (e.g., a two-week period), you can activate new users temporarily and then deactivate them when they no longer need the service. Changes in consumption can be made daily, providing you maximum flexibility in your deployment. No additional purchase is necessary at the time of consumption. The seat/days consumed will simply be deducted from the balance in the account.
Example B: Preferred Purchase Frequency
An annual voucher can be used in a flexible manner, depending on the purchase frequency desired. For example, a 10-seat annual voucher can be used as 10 seats for one year, 40 seats for 3 months or even 120 seats for one month.
This provides a consistent, ongoing cost that should simplify your budget planning, allowing you to maintain maximum flexibility in your subscription to LifeSize Connections.
