The LifeSize Video Center is the most powerful telepresence/ videoconferencing recording and streaming device on the market today. Not only does the Video Center provide the ability to instantly record your videoconference or event with one button press, but it also lets you simultaneously stream the event to computers, ipads, and smart phones all around the world. The ability to manage (and control access to) recorded videos and streams, makes it a godsend for all types of educational institutions. Kaleidoscope is very excited to announce the availability of rental space on a video center “in the cloud,” allowing clients to get use of a Lifesize video center for a monthly fee. “We think this service will be a great asset for those who need to take advantage of video center, but cannot make the investment in their own unit right now,” said J. Starting out, Kaleidoscope is offering a package for those user with light to moderate usage requirements.

1. For $250/month (with a one-year contract, paid in advance or month to month with a nominal setup fee), the customer receives the ability to:
2. Associate of 1-5 Lifesize 220, passport or LG exec units with the Video center
3. Recording of 1-2 events/session per week
4. Viewing of those recordings by 30-50 people per month (live or archived) from the Video Center (Note, the number of live streams is limited to 10-15 simultaneous users).
5. Ability to access and download recordings to their own server/website

7. If your bandwidth needs increase, a new contract will be arranged and credit for any pre-paid months will be applied to new contract.
